Lancaster University has a large and thriving men’s squad, currently sitting at around 40 members and expanding. We are looking for anyone who is interested in rowing or who wants to be part of Lancaster’s oldest most prestigious sports club.

Experience is not necessary and you don’t need to be a 6’5” 110kg giant to row. Previously Lancaster has taken first year novices with no real athletic background and within 3 years seen them compete at GB trials. Lancaster is on an upward push and we want you to be part of it. A message from the men’s captain:

“Lancaster has a fantastic men’s squad with strong internal competition that leads ultimately to winning races. With a strong novice squad coming up through the ranks this year, some of whom breaking club records, and a good crop of returning rowers, LUBC should be looking forward to one of its best years yet. With Adrian Lees in the driving seat the Lancaster squad should continue to develop and with the strength in depth we look forward to seeing our potential, ultimately, reached and exceeded.”
